2015 August 15th MITC Recreation Activity
Oka National Park (Parc National D'Oka) 1 day relaxation
Please carefully read the following instructions

Location: Oka National Park.
Address: 2020 Chemin d'Oka, Oka, QC J0N 1E0
What to do: BBQ, Swimming, Hiking, Cycling, Boating (rental required), Wildlife Watching
Date: August 15th, 2015, Saturday
In-Park Starting Time: Start from 11:00am in the park
Gathering Time and Transportation: Attendees who are NOT traveling to the park directly, please meet up in front of the main building of Cegep St-Laurent (near Metro Du College) at 10:15am for further arrangement.
Automobile Parking cost: $10/day/car, Parking fee will be shared by the riders of each car.
Park Entrance Fee: Please consult: www.sepaq.com/pq/tarification-parcs-nationaux.dot
Organization: 5-8 people as one group will be led by a temporary group coordinator.
Member Self Preparation:
a) Everybody/family needs to bring your BBQ food materials and drinks (No Alcohol please). Food sharing onsite is encouraged.
b) Bring your own portable BBQ machine if you have a favorite one (Charcoal or Propane). Only Portable BBQ machine is allowed.
c) Bring your own plates.
Family Welcomed: Yes
Non-Member Allowed: Yes, but limited to IT professionals and their family.
