Oka National Park (Parc National D'Oka) 1 day relaxation

Location: Oka National Park.

What to do: BBQ, Swimming, Hiking, Cycling, Boating (rental required), Wildlife Watching
Date: July 27th, 2014, Sunday
Time: Start from 11:00am in the park
Gathering and Transportation: Attendees who are NOT traveling to the park directly, please meet up in front of the main building of Cegep St-Laurent (near Metro Du College) at 10:15am for further arrangement.
Automobile Parking cost: $10/day/car, Parking fee will be shared by the riders of each car.

Organization: Club will prepare BBQ machines and Charcoal. 5-8 people as one group will be led by a temporary group coordinator.
Member Self Preparation:
a) Everybody/family needs to bring your BBQ food materials and drinks (No Alcohol please). Food sharing onsite is encouraged.
b) Bring your own BBQ machine if you have a favorite one.
c) Bring your own plates.
Family Welcomed: Yes
Non-Member Allowed: Yes, but limited to IT professionals, except your family members.
